By purchasing and downloading digital products from Teresa Art Store, you agree to the following License Terms.

An End Product is a finished item created using the purchased artwork and intended for personal use, sale, or distribution.

The artwork itself may never be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or shared as a standalone file.

Personal License

The Personal License is intended for non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Use the artwork for personal projects.
• Print the artwork for yourself.
• Use the artwork for personal invitations, cards, stationery, or crafts.
• Modify the artwork for your own personal use.

You may NOT:

• Sell products using the artwork.
• Use the artwork for client work.
• Upload or redistribute the files.
• Share the files with others.
• Use the artwork in templates intended for resale.

Commercial License

The Commercial License allows you to create and sell up to 1,000 End Products.

You may:

• Sell physical products.
• Sell printed stationery.
• Use the artwork in branding projects for clients.
• Create finished digital designs for one client.
• Modify the artwork to fit your design.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell the artwork as clipart.
• Redistribute the original files.
• Sell the artwork as a standalone digital download.
• Include the artwork in products where customers can extract the original files.
• Use the artwork in Print-on-Demand marketplaces where customers purchase editable templates.
• Use the artwork in stock libraries or design asset marketplaces.

Extended Commercial License

The Extended Commercial License includes all Commercial License rights and increases the production limit to 5,000 End Products.

This license is recommended for businesses with larger production volumes.

Print-on-Demand & Templates

The artwork may not be used to create editable templates or design assets for resale unless a separate POD/Template License has been purchased.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Canva templates
• Corjl templates
• Templett templates
• JetTemplate templates
• Editable invitation templates
• Design asset marketplaces

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Trademark or copyright the artwork.
• Resell, redistribute, gift, or share the original files.
• Upload the artwork to stock websites.
• Sell the artwork as clipart, SVG files, PNG files, or digital assets.
• Use the artwork in AI training datasets or machine learning systems.
• Use the artwork in any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive manner.

Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Teresa Art Store.

Purchasing a license grants permission to use the artwork under these License Terms. Copyright ownership is never transferred.

POD & Template License

The POD & Template License is not available for direct purchase.

If you wish to use the artwork in editable templates or Print-on-Demand products, please contact Teresa Art Store before using the artwork.

This license is issued individually and pricing depends on the intended use.

Examples of permitted use (with an approved POD & Template License)

• Canva templates
• Corjl templates
• Templett templates
• JetTemplate templates
• Editable wedding invitations
• Editable business templates
• Other editable digital products approved in writing by Teresa Art Store

Without this license, you may NOT:

• Upload artwork to Canva templates for resale.
• Sell editable invitation templates.
• Use the artwork in Corjl, Templett, JetTemplate, or similar template platforms.
• Sell digital products where customers can edit or customize the design.
• Allow customers to download or extract the artwork as individual graphic elements.

How to obtain this license

Please contact Teresa Art Store with the following information:

• Which artwork you would like to license.
• Where it will be sold.
• Which platform you will use (Canva, Corjl, Templett, etc.).
• The estimated number of products you expect to sell.

Once we review your request, we will provide pricing and the appropriate license.
